SMD Motorsports is a championship off road race team that is owned by Steve Scaroni, a successful business man. He is the President of SMD Logistics, a company that operates a fleet of 500 vehicles spread throughout several western states.
SMD Motorsports was founded by Steve as an outlet to share his passion of off-road racing in the local desert with his two sons, Matt and David; hence “SMD” (Steve, Matt and David.)
